Boho Summer Grand Gimeno Wedding

Kathrina and Jeffrey met in Grand Gimeno’s Foyer to read handwritten vows to one another before heading to their church to tie the knot. A traditional ceremony ending with a kiss had guests cheering from the pews. Family posed for photos with the newlyweds, then headed back to Grand Gimeno to continue the celebration at cocktail hour.

Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Fig, Goat Cheese and Mascarpone Tarts were tray passed around the Olive Grove while guests trickled in and signed Kathrina and Jeffrey’s guest book. The bar served up the newlywed’s signature drinks, a Paloma and Old Fashioned, while everyone mixed and mingled. Once the sun began to set, everyone checked the seating chart and headed inside.

From the rattan lighting to the raffia chargers, boho details decorated the reception space. Jeffrey and Kathrina made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Tangerine and Pecan Salad was served as toasts began followed by Classic Filet Mignon and Roasted Atlantic Salmon with Gourmet Mashed Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Patti. After dinner, a lion dance was performed, then everyone hit the dance floor. The evening ended with a late night snack of In-N-Out, lots of dancing, and photos taken at the photo booth to commemorate the fun night.
